Greenacres Barn consists of a detached traditional stone-built barn with all the advantages of a modern superbly styled property. The barn was converted by us to create a contemporary, versatile and well-proportioned living accommodation which harmonizes with its setting.

The barn has been tastefully furnished throughout with antique pine furniture.

The barn is electrically heated with an additional electric style stove fire in the living room, providing ample warmth in the coldest of conditions.

Accommodation consists of:

-1 double en-suite bedroom, with pine bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and chest of drawers.
-1 twin en-suite bedroom, with separate pine beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and chest of drawers.
-The en-suites are fully equipped with an electric pumped shower, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail. Initial cleaning materials and toilet paper are provided.
-Open plan lounge with electric stove fire, including three-piece suite, colour TV, DVD player, radio/cd player with mp3 connection, local maps and books.
-Open plan kitchen/diner, well stocked with crockery and kitchen utensils. Also including electric oven, microwave oven, food mixer, washing machine, fridge, ironing board and iron.
-There is a clothes' drying line for guests to use. A tumble dryer is available at extra cost.
-Extra towels available
-All bedding included.

UPPER FLOOR

Double Bedroom

The main bedroom has a pine double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.

The room has its own Ensuite with pumped shower and we have provided a hair dryer and towels for your convenience.

This room is abundant with original features such as high ceiling, wood flooring and beams.
The room has 3 windows giving fabulous views across the valley to the front and the fields to the rear - another lovely place to sit and while away an hour or two!

Twin Bedroom

A bright spacious room with original features, containing two single divan beds, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.This room also has its own Ensuite shower room with pumped shower, Wc and hand basin.We have provided a hair dryer and towels for your convenience. There is a large storage cupboard in this room to store your suitcases out of the way during your stay.

The room has fabulous views to the front looking over Cracken Edge.

GROUND FLOOR

Lounge

A beautiful open plan room with natural stone floor and large french windows giving excellent views over the valley.

This room has a two seater leather sofa and two armchairs for your comfort. There is a TV, DVD player and radio/CD player for your entertainment.

A fantastic, cosy room to relax in.

Open Plan Dining Kitchen

A large bright kitchen with a superb range of appliances and ample work surface. This is a spacious room with a pine dining table seating four. There is a fan assisted electric oven and grill with separate halogen hob. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, food processor, washing machine, scales and pretty well everything we could think of. In addition there is an extensive range of pans, baking ware and cooking utensils. The large number of storage cupboards allows plenty of room for storing food and other essentials.
